Archer

"And, literally, the minute you turn 18, please call me."

-M

Cry (Just A Little) (Original Mix) - Bingo Players (GOLDEN BANANA)
Woah, can't believe this happened during my 3 month absence.  My favorite Dutch producers made one of the best disco house tracks of the year, if not just flat out tracks of the year.

Raise Your Weapon (Madeon Extended Remix) - Deadmau5 (Golden Banana)
Madeon shows a lot more promise than Porter Robinson in terms of production skill, but I'm still a little weary to play these live.  Too poppy for my style, but still damn impressive.  Complextro, but on the synth pop side,

Run The World (Girls) (Chris Lake Club Mix) - Beyonce (Silver Banana)
HUGE Progressive House track on the Electro side (what's that genre called again...).  Also super fun to hear the original Pon De Floor samples expertly mixed in.

Pressure (Alesso Remix) - Alex Kenji, Starkillers, Nadia Ali (Silver Banana)
Epic Swedish style Progressive House.  If you're in desperate need of a track that will slay your festival crowd, this is it, guaranteed.  SHM will be dropping this for sure, if they haven't been already.  The original of this kills as well if you're unfamiliar.

You Are feat. MYGOD (Original Mix) - Beckers, D-Nox
Tech House on the Techy side.  Takes a while to get to the good part, unfortunately, but it's Techtastic.

Kingdom - Spor
Drum & Bass.  This shit is fucking nuts.  RIDE THE SNAKE!  Also fun fact that I just learned, Spor is the DnB alias of Feed Me, who'd a thunk it.  Cheers to Sonic Prophet for the info and the track recommendations, I really do appreciate it.  While I'm at it, cheers to Crustacean Cognition, I can always count on you as well.  This post is for you guys.

System32 (Original Mix) - Uppermost
Heavy Complextro style Electro House, but not over done which is crucial.  The French always know how to keep it clean.

Where Dem Girls At (Daddy's Groove Remix) - David Guetta feat. Flo Rida & Nicki Minaj
Progressive House?  Could be Electro or Tech House, pretty confusing.  Ravey track with poppy vocals.  The Italian trio never dissapoint.

RIO To CPH (Lazy Rich Remix) - Alex Mind, Frederik Olufsen
Electro House, but extremely Funky.  In other words, not a banger but groovy as fuck.

My Love Will Surround You (Dirtyloud Remix) - Dinka
Moar Complextro style Electro House, this time from Brazil.  Super Prog builds from the original with heavy drops.

"Trust me" stache

-M

Kids (Original Club Mix) - Stefano Noferini (Golden Banana)
Great house track, very standard formula but the line is super catchy and danceable.  Heard this dropped by Gary at HARD Weekend.

Song For Lisa (Benny Benassi Mix) - The Japanese Popstars (Silver Banana)
The Benny Benassi machine is what it is because sometimes it works great.  This is one of those examples.  Electro House on the Prog side.

Guacha (Broad Rush Remix) - SON OF KICK ft. Natalia Clavier (Silver Banana)
Woah.  Drumstep anyone?

HR 8938 D Cephei (Original Extended Mix) - Deadmau5
New sweeping/epic over 10 min Progressive House track from the Mau5.  Not too special, but he's great at what he does.  Held #1 one Beatport for a while, last I checked it's fallen to #2 under the new Tiesto/Mark Knight collab.

Too Long (French Government Be Awesome Edit) - Daft Punk
French Government just put out a bunch of Edits/Remixes, all of which I believe will be posted eventually.  God I love House music.

The Lurker (Electric Rescue Remix) - Psycatron
Gotta love Techno.  I think Minimal Techno has got to be the genre with the least blog love.

Tomorrow (Taped Mix) - Dada Life, Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike, Tara McDonald
Electro House.  I'll be honest, I was expecting a little more from this collab, but its still a good track.

So in Debt (Original Mix) - Tube & Berger
HOUSE MUSIC WOOO.  Simple backing beat with chopped samples.  This is Beatport House.

Sucker Punch (Thrusher Remix) - Gtronic
The winner of his remix competition.  Electro on the complextro side.

Swastika Eyes (Spectre Mix) - Primal Scream
Not to be confused with Spektre.  This is some old school EDM.  I labeled it Trance due to the fast tempo, but it probably isn't.  Could be Techno, any thoughts?  I'm all for open genre debates.

P.S.
I've been getting a lot of DMCA complaints.  Just a reminder that if this blog disappears into the oblivion, we've got a back up blog at apeswithbarrels.wordpress.com, so check there for updates.

P.P.S
I accidentally labeled a lot of tracks as Progessive House rather than Progressive House for a long time.  Check your iTunes and please fix it for everyone's sake, especially if you're trying to reblog.

Right This Second

I posted a video of this a few days ago.  It came out today.

-M

Right This Second - Deadmau5 (Golden Banana)
It's like a progressive take on FML, and it is good.  This is meant to fill a stadium.  I'm really a fan of what I've heard coming form the next album, I think it should blow his last out of the water, or at least release Cthulu from dimensional prison.

The 16th Hour - Deadmau5 (Golden Banana)
My personal favorite track form the last album.  This is a 320, unmixed.

The Essential Mix

Yup.  He finally released an Essential Mix.  The second coming of Christ.  Rejoice!

Wolfgang Gartner's Essential Mix

And how about a preview of a track from Jesus' upcoming album.  It's like a progressive take on FML:

And this track. I haven't seen him live in a while, but if you've seen him recently, you probably heard this MASSIVE track:

I guess this post would be incomplete without including God. So here's a preview of a track from the Tron Soundtrack, click HERE!

Casa Techno

Rainbow would be the best noun to illustrate an artist that has been through it all, you name it odds are he’s probably already done it. Described as a Veteran DJ and Music ambassador since he was in short trousers. From a simple white canvas with a few amateur drawings to a colorful Master Piece.

As a Painter the master piece that put him on track was his live performance at Zap Club in Brighton in 1988. Where he decided to turn the heat up by spinning with 3 vinyl decks, making 15000 knocked up ravers get back up on their already swollen feet. From there on he’s been enjoying a wide variety of scenes, such as djing at SW4, WMC, The Arches, Matter, the Global Gathering which are nothing but baby steps when compared to his respectable record of djing in Ibiza for 8 years in a row. As if the festivals weren’t a colorful palette, Mr Carl Cox has been spotted djing alongside Fat Boy Slim, Francois Kevorkian, Laurent Garnier, Fedde Le Grand, Green Velvet, Pendulum, Plump Djs and many others.

Rainbow Man’s I Want You dropped in 1991 top 30 hits under the Perfecto Label. Not really feeling the sounds of trance and ‘fluffy’ house of the time, he turned back to the underground world where he met his true love, TECHNO. Ever Since he’s been spinning techno bangers as if they we’re nothing but doodles in a white canvas. I Want You track has been remixed by the mighty Deadmau5 and has remixed Moby’s Walk With Me from a sophisticated track into a certified techno banger. 2006 saw the celebration of Carl Cox's own label Intec Records drop it's 50th release Sebastien Leger's Bad Clock.

Carl Cox is a man of quality not quantity, his experience as a dj has given him an ear for selecting quality tunes. Thus I strongly recommend to keep and eye out for his top charts on beatport and his mixes on b@Tv.

For Every Animal You Save, I'll Eat Three

Usually we follow our policy of leaving interviews up for a while, but this has to take precedence.  I'm sure all parties understand.

Animal Rights (Original Mix) - Deadmau5 & Wolfgang Gartner (320)

The combination of Jesus and The Second Coming.  It was inevitable, it was only a question of when.  Get it while the gettin's good.

08 May 2010

Pregame!

I like to party.  I like to dance.  And I love to get down to some good tunes.  There is no better way to do all this, however, than with the bros.  I mean, look at these guys.  Each one brings something to the group, as they make especially clear in this picture.  The one on the left brings the humor, then the next one's reppin' (lamest bro, but someone's gotta be it, right?), 3rd bro brings the party, last dude is the rock, like the guy who's super chill but could totally kick your ass at any minute and can drink your ass under the table so hard you'll be fisting a toilet with your face while he's layin down game on your girl.  So here are some great Progressive jams that are guaranteed to get your bros going.  That 30 rack of Keystone Ice won't shotgun itself.

-M

Some Chords (Original Mix) - Deadmau5
Massive tune.  Also, this is Electro House and the only one in this post, but this needed to be posted.

Sometimes (Daddy's Groove Rework)  - Dim Chris feat. Amanda Wilson (Golden Banana)
I seriously think that these guys should be ruling the Progressive scene.  They have a somewhat Swedish sort of sound, but it's just more innovative.

Hoover (Adam K Remix) - EDX
This shit hits so hard, it's like playing slap shots.

Salvation (Jerome Isma-Ae & Daniel Portman Remix) - Chris Reece
Great rave tune, super pretty and hits incredibly hard as well.  While the chord changes might be a bit too familiar, it works.

Fantasy (EDX Remix) - Nadia Ali
Wow.  J is gonna be ALL up in this one.  He sent me a cute bromantic text last night.

Fantasy (Starkillers Remix) - Nadia Ali
Not as good as the above mix, but still quite good.  Is this Progressive House, or is it Trance?

Nyce (Original Mix) - Moguai
Some great shit coming from Mau5trap.

Nothing Is Wrong (Original Mix) - Adam K & Soha
And why not end it with a classic winning combo.  They really do make the best chords.

_________________________________

Also, have you guys SEEN the lineup for EDC this year?  It's just way too good.  Great place to roll deep with your bros and do some serious fist pumping.

Clint Eastwood

What a G.  Here are some tracks that I've been obsessed with.

-M
Sweet Shop - Doctor P (Golden Banana)
Crazy ass Dubstep.  Apparently dropped in basically EVERY set at Coachella.

Galaxy Traveler (Neelix Remix) - Felguk
Apparently this is Psy-Trance, according to Beatport.  Regardless, this shit hits so fucking hard, and is definitely my favorite track at the moment.

Ghosts N Stuff (Sub Focus Remix) - Deadmau5
Deadmau5 x DnB

Bangkok (Original Mix) - Boris Dlugosch (This Shit Is Banananas Banana)
This track is really just unbelievable.  If you haven't heard this yet, prepare yourself.

You Feelin Lucky, Punk? (ZIP)

Cooler Couleur

Just came out of an american themed house party, followed by and after party that consisted of walking to an abandoned school. Went back into halls the ball convener informs you that you've been promoted from support dj to Main Act? Damn life is beautiful!

Since I've been deprived of posting any warp edits remixes or mashups... I'll throw in a tune from
Crookers upcoming album Tons Of Friends

Hip Hop Changed (Busy P Remix) - Crookers Feat Rye Rye
(160 Kbps) If you love the crookers and Busy P's electro hip hop vibes then this track is definitely worth checking out!

Cooler Couleur - Crookers feat Yelle ( 128 kbps) Another little spoiler of Crookers upcoming album, Yelle's singing on this tracks gives french a whole new meaning instead of the old romantic a more urban underground feel to it.

Tons Of Friends Drops 8th of March so keep your eyes and ears Open (and some money to purchase the album!) as this seems to be a promising album! Yes despite their recent "Failures" anyhow

Who's that bitch?

Hot damn I'm back kids and this time it gets dirty. My friend the other day asked me to make him a good playlist he could play during sex and to mix it for him. Unfortunately I just don't have time right now to mix it for him, but I'll put up the playlist I made anyways. Obviously there will be disagreements on whether a song is sexy, but always try and remember that some of the harder stuff is needed to just make it raunchy as fuck.
His prerequisites were that he needed a more hardcore song around every 15 min when he would make the girl finish, with his estimated length of time being around 45 minutes (I guess he lasts a while). So i structured it in that way, ranging from the sexy prog, those walking basslines, and just plain crazy stuff, hope you guys enjoy. But just because most guys don't last that long I put the baller songs up top, and the more chill songs near the bottom when you kinda just need to chill.

And you know, if you finish way before the playlist is over (it is an hour long) then just pause and pick up the pace a little later on the night, or even in the morning (one of my personal favorites). Don't feel bad, you're still a G, you just got ass.

Also remember that this playlist doesn't necessarily need to be when shit's going down, sex usually comes after a little whiles with some patience, this could speed it along for you guys who just hate that interim shit.

Many of these songs have already been posted in those "best of" posts, but here is the playlist anyways IN ORDER

-J

P.S. Avicii remix of we are is in the zip, but I don't want it in the playlist.

Tea Leaf Dancers by Flying Lotus, Start it off slow and smooth. Probably the sexiest song on this playlist.

Out There Ft. Basto by John Dahlback, I've raved about this one before. So cheesy, get a good laugh out of it, but the pace is starting to pick up. "I don't know where to go, how to find you, you could be anywhere."

Now it's getting hot and heavy:

Flashback (Goldie Remix) by Calvin Harris, I put this song on and David was just like this need to be on it. "I'm fighting for my life" "This is like all the things you can fit inside a memory". Sounds like sexy, right?  It's gettin rough......

Heartbreaker (Woflgang Gartner Remix) by MSTRKRFT feat. John Legend, Love this song. Has both that sexy element, because John Legend's voice in this is just so sexy and smooth. Then Gartner comes in and bring in that rough dirty shit.

Golden Cage (Fred Falke Remix) by The Whitest Boy Alive, slowin it back down, let's bring in that bassssssssss   llllllliiiiiinnnnnnnnneeeeeeeeeee. And if she finished, see this as a victory song.

Make You Mine by Miami Horror, All the worries in your mind let them go and start advancing.

Last bit for the win, Tiffany got me back in this song.
Everybody (Dabruck and Klein Remix) by Rudenko, This song is intense, and yet the vocals are so sexy. Keepin it real. Simplicity works best. This is like sex on the dancefloor in a song.

And for the slow down period of time:

Embrace (Fred Falke and Miami Horror Remix) by PNAU Feat. Ladyhawke, Another Fred Falke and Miami Horror? Well they just know their shit.

Baby (Breakbot Remix) by PNAU, who didn't expect some breakbot. So smooth.

Keep it safe kids, wouldn't want any electro house babies runnin around.

Best Vocal Tracks

What a boss, keep it comin kid. You've got potential, you've got dreams. I'll make it happen. Your boy J here to keep things ridiculous.

So here i am again. WHAT UP PLAYAS. we got some like vocal tracks for you guys. This is like you listen to these vocal and you just gotta like sing along. There ain't no way that this ain't gonna happen. Cheesy and disgusting, you gotta love it. Put on some of these tracks when you're with your lady friend and shit's gonna go down regardless of what she wanted before it came on. Holla.

Ballin as always.

-J

Some Deadmau5 and Kaskade, because he's got killer vocals.

I remember (Vocal Mix) by Deadmau5 and Kaskade, I mean who didn't expect this to be up here.

Move for Me (Extended Mix) by Deadmau5 and Kaskade, Deadmau5 really just gets the most ballin vocals, and it just adds a lot that kaskade's involved. We all know this one.

But this might be my favorite vocal track. So sexy, so fly, keep it chill keep it fresh:

Need to Feel Loved (Adam K and Soha Remix) by Refleckt feat. Delline Bass, never stale.

Now for something completely different:

Grindhouse (Dubfire Terror Planet Remix) by Radio Slave, i mean this isn't a vocal track, but they just fuckin kill it with the mood.

The Past by Vitalic, You know, killin it. Brings back memories.

Pogo by Digitalism, also bringin back some shit.

Nah nah nah, we keep it real.

I will be here (Tiesto Remix) by Tiesto and Sneaky Sound System, Such a cool voice. By now you should know how much I love this song. Definitely has come to beat the Wolfgang Gartner Remix.

Love Can't Get U Wrong Feat. Angie (Dim Chris Terrassa Remix) by Dim Chris, This has been posted so many times. Should know.

Face to Face by Daft Punk, Wouldn't change a thing, it's amazing what you find face to face.

Come Fly Away by Benny Benassi, in my opinion the best vocal on the album, even though M would say My Body.

Sweet Disposition (Axwell and Dirty South Remix) by Temper Traps, I mean the vocals were obviously good in the original, but they do a baller job of addin to it.

Golden Cage (Fred Falke Remix) by The Whitests Boy Alive, yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah YEAH

World, Hold On by Bob Sinclar WE ALL KNOW IT.

Zipped.

Sunday Sloth

It's Sunday again, and that means headaches all around. So I figured I slow things down and toss up some awesome tracks that all have those awesome middle sections where the track slows down to a hip-hop beat then speeds right back up. Basically, guaranteed bombs for your DJ sets. Also gonna start a new little convention, you'll probably catch it.

-M

Play That Next Episode (Original Mix) - Avicii (The Golden Banana) (REMOVED)
I mean, you get both an awesome Avicii House track AND fuckin Dr. Dre in one. How could you possibly beat that...?

Jump Around (Deadmau5 Remix) - House Of Pain
Well, you could combine Deadmau5 with House Of Pain, pretty solid combo as well.

Bad Boy For Life (La Mode Remix) - P Diddy
Played this at a gig here recently, and my god everyone just freaked the fuck out. This is definitely one of my favorites to pull out.

Puah (Original Mix) - Gigi Barocco
Have yet to play this, I was thinking of pulling this one out next gig, but I'm probably gonna go with the Avicii, and you can't really play more than of these sorts of tracks at any gig.

Pump Pump (Aniki Edit) - Snoop Dogg
What's especially great about this Fidget banger is that it works great as an intro track to your set, especially if you want to go heavy all the way the through.

Oh Yeah - Spinstyles
This is the only track in this list to slow down to Dub, so if you're more into that then this one's for you.

Let Me Clear My Throat - DJ Kool vs Da Urban Outlaws
Classic. The voice on this would definitely get everyone cheering, but the sampling of the crowd cheering would probably help with that too. You could probably get away with playing this as your second slow down track since its a bit different.

Y'all Know the Name (Flosstradamus Remix) - Jokers of the Scene
Craziness, and it goes into Simon Says by the one and only Pharoahe Monch.

Ring Ring Ring (Club Mix) - Kurd Maverick
Not something I'd play live, a lot more corny. But since it fits the theme I thought I'd post it, still definitely a cool song. More for the Prog House fans.

We just got Kicked in the Ass

A few days ago I took quite a bit out of my time to look for the promo copy of the new Deadmau5 album, and I was quite proud of myself when I found it, even though not all the tracks were in 320. However, I admit defeat. Our friend over at Temple of House Music just posted the whole album in 320 (not the promo copy).

Well played DjMaga. You made us look like idiots. :) Nah I'm just playing around. Definitely head on over there for the full album in 320. Temple of House Music, once again your blog just seems to reign over others.

FIght For You Remixes (+REQUESTS)

I'm a little bit late on this, but I just had to post these. These remixes are great. If you like Progressive House, you will like these tracks.

-M

Fight For You (Sultan & Ned Shepard Remix) - Morgan Page

The best of the bunch, possibly my favorite Prog track as of recent. So amazing. Highly Recommended (I haven't pulled that out in a while, so let that be of note).

Fight For You (Bass Kleph Remix) - Morgan Page
Nice Techy remix from Bass Kleph. Expect a post on this man soon.

Fight For You (Beltek Remix) - Morgan Page

A little Electro touch on this one, though still a Prog track overall. Very nice.

BONUS:
The Longest Road (Deadmau5 Remix) - Morgan Page
I just had too...

REQUESTS:

Requests

Here at Apes With Barrels, we really enjoy going out and trying to find as much material by one specific artist at a time (hence the Popof post before this and basically every track by Mr. Gartner, though of course you should delete it all within 24 hours or go purchase it at some retailer like beatport...).

With this in mind, at this point in time I want to take a second and really ask if any of our readers have any requests for artists that maybe they have been looking for and can't find or want more of, and we'll definitely get on it and hopefully in the near future a post would pop up with the requested artist (this can be large amounts of their music or maybe an individual track). Though of course we make no promises because, though we consider ourselves relatively adept at finding music (though I'm sure we're not actually that good and that there are many places that we should look but can't even conceive in our minds), sometimes it's just practically impossible to find things. If this is the case we apologize in advance. We also hold the right to deny requests if we don't like the artist in question.

Lastly, requests don't have to be solely artists, we would also love to hear about what kind of stuff you'd like to see more of: minimal, techno, tech house, electro house, plain and simple electro, plain and simple house, disco house, mashups/bootlegs...

Remember Kids, play safe out there. We don't want any eyes getting poked out.

Stay from strange men like this:

-Apes With Barrels

Attention Whore (Lazy Rich Remix) by Deadmau5 & Melleefresh (By the way I accidentally put an extra "r" making it Melleerfresh in the artist in Itunes, but I don't feel like reuping with these horrible speeds at school, so I'm giving you guys a heads up).

Early Decision Xtreme (EDX)

So, it's been way too long since I posted, but last night I decided I really needed to, so I uploaded all the music, unfortunately however that's quite a task at this school and the estimated time was 3 hours, so I went to bed. After being woken up at 8 by a fire drill, and having to get up at 9 30 for class, I decided to be a sport and actually finish the post now that all the shit's been uploaded.

That up there is an EDX Spectrum, but I'm talking about the artist EDX. I was looking for his bio around the internet, but you know shit happens, and I didn't find it. What I do know is that I basically like every single one of what Danl would call these trance tracks. Has a very Deadmau5 sound to him as well, but more on the progressive side of the mau5. But this is prog house with those tech rolls. Unfortunately there are a lot more EDX tracks out there that I will get at some point but havn't gotten yet, so expect a part 2 at some point. All in 320 though.

Love,
J

Radioman (EDX's 5un5hine remix) by Afrojack
, really enjoy this one, especially when the Benny Benassi sounding synth comes in for a little bit to add some flavor. Really impressive drop for what it is too.

Hip (Original Mix) by Daniel Portman & EDX, so cool. so hip?

Roadkill (EDX's Acapulco at Night Remix) by Dubfire, yay Dubfire. EDX remixing the master of tech, it's great.

in too deep (EDX Pinkstar Remix) by Robbie Rivera I like the vocals on this track, and I might like this remix better then the original.

Arguru (EDX's 5un5hine remix) by Deadmau5
, not my favorite of EDX's but I'll take it, still enjoyable.

Times Like These (EDX Rerub) by Albin Myers, I might like this better then the original, but I never really liked the idea of the original foo fighters song being turned into a house anthem.

Say Yeah (EDX's Ibiza sunrise Remix) by Yves Larock

Shy Shy (Club Mix) by EDX

Shy Shy (Extended Vocal Mix) by EDX, I don't like the vocals... Kinda reminds me of Funkerman vocals

Rubin (Main Mix) by EDX

Casa Grande (Original Mix) by EDX, This should not be so low down, it's pretty cool.

Premiumline (Original Mix) by EDX

You And I (Spencer & Hill Remix) - Medina

Super ravey. Great mix of Electro and Tech.

Shooting Zombies

So J's parents went out of town and are going to be out of town for some time, therefore we've just been living at his house for the past few days. Most time has been spent shooting zombies (no Danl, not Nazi Zombies, but rather the Parasitic Zombies of Resident Evil 5, but we do believe that we are now adequately prepared for the zombie apocalypse as well). We've also been working on some original material which will hopefully be finished soon. However, this also means that the blogging has been cast aside for a bit, but we will try to continue posting some tracks. Therefore, I bring you a few great tracks by Kaskade, who was definitely one of the best at EDC round 2 (I will post a review at some point...).

-M

Walking On A Dream (Kaskade Remix) - Empire Of The Sun
Now there are a bunch of remixes of this song, way too many, but this one if by far the best and shouldn't even be grouped with the others. Extremely beautiful, my favorite song at the moment. Play this shit on repeat.

Move For Me (Extended Mix) - Kaskade & Deadmau5
He started his set with this. So pretty.

Sorry (Dirty South Remix) - Kaskade

Epic. One of the best Dirty South tracks.

BONUS:
Heartbreaker (Wolfgang Gartner Remix) - MSTRKRFT feat. John Legend (320)
Found a 320 kbps version. This song KILLS! God I love Wolfgang Gartner. Cheers to The Temple Of House Music, everyone should check their blog.

Chris Lake (Updated)

Chris Lake is an incredible House DJ/producer from London town that is affiliated with the Mau5trap family. Now, anybody that keeps company / collaborates with guys like Deadmau5, Sébastien Léger, and Dirty South is clearly of interest. His production style varies through pretty much all of the sub genres of House, so there's definitely something for all of you, and I definitely like it when producers can vary up their style without sacrificing quality. I've even seen videos of him dropping Minimal tracks live, but it seems like tons of DJs tend to go more minimal when playing live. Definitely one of the more promising producers in the game right now, and I don't see any signs of him slowing. I'm gonna shamelessly adopt J's style of posting some favorite and then link to my collection at the bottom:

-M

Buttons (Chris Lake Remix) - Sia
I actually just got this track fairly recently and fell in love with it. The second buildup is beautiful. So amazing. The track's got an Electro bass with Housey piano chords and even some Tech House sounds.

Word - Sébastien Léger & Chris Lake
Man this track kicks ass. Great mix of Tech House with that awesome funky guitar sample. You can really hear the styles of both producers in this.

Robots (Original Mix) - Chris Lake
This is an example of Chris Lake creating an Electro House bomb. This even got popularity on a few Electro blogs.

Faxing Berlin (Chris Lake Edit) - Deadmau5
I mean, it's Faxing Berlin.

And for all you DJs out there that want every track, like us, here's my collection so far:

Chris Lake Collection

BONUS:
Leave The World Behind (Daddy's Groove Magic Island Rework) - Axwell, Angello, Ingrosso & Laidback Luke
Absolutely obsessed with this one. God I love House music. I like how Swedish House Mafia replaced Eric Prydz with Laidback Luke, but when you think about it, it makes a lot more sense style-wise.
*NOTE* SHM uses Logic to produce.

WTF?

EDIT: I guess that's supposed to be Mr. WTF. He is my idol so please don't say anything mean about him, as I wish to someday be him (plastic surgery though I sort of look like him already). Continuing with our little Mau5trap posts, I'm here to talk about WTF? So who the fuck, are WTF? Well it consists of Deadmau5, Steve Duda, Dj Aero, and Tommy Lee. Unlike BSOD, this stuff is definitely less hardcore and more typical Deadmau5. But that's of course just a plus for us. At the end of the day, it's Deadmau5, why would you pass this up? It's all good, and there's not much of it (but this is all of it, I checked beatport), all 320.
