Obscure Video Game Character #7

I'm going to assume that nobody is going to get #6, so the answer was Detective Carla Valenti from the game Indigo Prophecy.  It was a great idea for a game, but poorly executed.  Anyways, bad ass #7 is right up thur, and I'm offering +500 Bastille Love and Admiration Points for the first to the punch.

I Look To You (ft Kimbra) - Miami Horror (GOLDEN BANANA)
This is exactly what we need to bring back French House.  Its just like the best disco, pop, whatever that you've ever heard.  The bassline is killer.

Baby I'm Yours feat. IRFANE - Breakbot (Golden Banana)
Yup, another one.  I figured I had to include the other great jam of recent.  Which of these is better?

Baby I'm Yours (Aeroplane Remix) - Breakbot
Good remix.

Smack My Bitch Up (Sub Focus Remix) - The Prodigy (Silver Banana)
And now for something completely different.  DnB ftw.

Prince (Bassnectar Remix) - Deftones
Or maybe Dubstep ftw?

U Don't Like Me (South Rakkas Crew Remix) - Diplo & Lil Jon
Not sure if you'd call this Dubstep, but its the right tempo and would fit into a Dubstep set.

Love You Better (Bass Kleph Remix) - Crazy White Boy
This is AwB.  There's gotta be something techy in every post.  So why not this awesome Tech House jam.

No Soul (Bodybangers Remix) - Andrew Spencer & Daniel Slam
And some Dutch House to finish off.

Exceeder (Felguk Remix) by Mason, we all know the princess superstar mashup, but here's a fuckin awesome mix by our guy Felguk. I'm puttin this up for my GF who's been into this song of recent.

Dancing on my own (Chew Fu Remix) by Robyn, Chew Fu has really sold me on his style and works.

Hold on ft. Amber Coffman (Sub Focus Remix) by Rusko (Golden Banana) This was one of those songs that I heard and right away knew I was going to like it.

R U Sleeping (Pablo Decoder Remix) by Indo, this isn't new by any means, but I just recently refound this and I gotta say I'm completely in love with it. Another song by this guy that I'm gonna play all the fuckin time.

Sasha Don't Sleep (Pance Party Remix) by The Dance Party, Pance Party really go back and forth with their shit, but they did a great job here. Electro house as it was meant to be.

Sweet Shop - Doctor P (Golden Banana)
Crazy ass Dubstep.  Apparently dropped in basically EVERY set at Coachella.

Galaxy Traveler (Neelix Remix) - Felguk
Apparently this is Psy-Trance, according to Beatport.  Regardless, this shit hits so fucking hard, and is definitely my favorite track at the moment.

Ghosts N Stuff (Sub Focus Remix) - Deadmau5
Deadmau5 x DnB

Bangkok (Original Mix) - Boris Dlugosch (This Shit Is Banananas Banana)
This track is really just unbelievable.  If you haven't heard this yet, prepare yourself.

Drum & Bass Batch #2

Ugh I'm so tired. Had a bit of a rough morning, also happened to be the first day of classes. Don't expect good track explanations. I'm actually really big on all of these tracks and recommend em all, but I guess that's the case with any music blog, no? Just know that these are some serious Bananas.

Get Shakey (Matrix & Futurebound) - Ian Carey Project
Like the original a lot, makes me like this remix even more. Well done.

Helium - Engage
It's Tech DnB, and yes it's as awesome as it sounds.

Twerk (Sub Focus Remix) - Basement Jaxx feat. Yo Majesty
All about this bass.

Looking Back - Camo & Crooked
This song is crazy, great production.

Take Me to the Hospital (Sub Focus Remix) - The Prodigy
These drums are atypical to the genre, good for changing things up.

Mindset - Black Sun Empire
Great buildup, great drums.
