FUKKK OFFF

Learning about something new is cool. But nothing beats the feeling of unexpectedly discovering something completely different! Well that’s how I felt when I downloaded my first track from a brilliant blog (which you undoubtedly already heard of) YOUCANCALLMEPELSKI. But I’m not here to talk about the blog! Instead I’m going to talk about the producer that took me on a musical journey! Taking me from the african drum beats with lyrical wordsmithers to the uncharted and unknown island of musically mad men, breaking the boundaries of sounds, distorting, chopping, filtering, modifying and combining all sorts of natural sounds and turning them into forsaken monstrosities.Who is this great captain you ask? Fukkk Offf.

Although Fukkk Offf has been around for a long time I decided to write an article about him when it came to my attention that before my Gooseflesh article we at AWB hadn't posted anything about 'Captain' Fukkk Offf !!! Yes, I know, Its a sad world! But don't worry, Simple P is here! To spread bleeding ears, aching feet and set decks on fire!

Out of all his gems in my eyes his most precious is I’m a Freak, complete banger unbelievable bassline, catchy lyrics, a wicked incorporation of a normal drum kit (and by that I mean the high hats). Only downside is that its too long and repetitive... but then again what kind of DJ plays a full 7 minute track in a set? Sorry What was that? Yeah thought so NONE!

Regarding his EP WORLDWIDE. Personally..... To put my opinion in a nut shell.... This EP is more experimental, less ravy and not as dirty as his older stuff.

Tight Jeans (Fukkk Offf Remix) - D'Secret SVC Banana!
Ladies and Gents for today's class we shall be studying the effects of rap vocals on top of filthy basslines.

Famous (Dirty Disco Youth Remix) - Fukkk Offf Bananza! The kind of tune that can set your decks on fire.

The Bottom (Original Mix) - Fukkk Offf Epic banana. One of my personal Fukkk Offf Favs!

I'm A Freak (Original Mix) - Fukkk Offf EPICANZA BANANZA! DA tune that kicked me ass and made me a freakin raver. Probably his best track.

You Love My Shake (Frederic de Carvalho Remix) - Fukkk Offf Damn straight I like your shake!

Listening to these guys is like having the shag of your life. Sure you’ve had several eargasms listening to F.O.O.L, R3set and No1Else, sure you’ve probably cumed to Designer Drugs’ Drop Down even before pressing the play button or maybe you’ve wobbled your head so hard to Fukkk Offfs’ I’m A Freak that you can no longer think straight.

But these guys are different. Their tunes are so slutty that they have ‘dance hard party harder’ written all over them.Spin these hotties in a set and even the DJ will be taken for an intense ride in the dark corners of the dancefloor. How do I know that these chicks are Hot enough for your standard dirty disco set , dirty electro set, or fuck it dirty anything for that matter!? This is how. Popping from Instanbul. Gooseflesh has earned some serious rave credentials. Earning them the reputation of one of the Big Boys in the nasty underground music world in Eastern Europe. Playing at events such as Transmusicale in Renne.

“K Simple P it all sounds good, but even my 90 year old grandma spins filthy music in various places and has produced an occasional ‘banger’ here and there.” Yeah but you’re 90 year old grandma isn’t praised and supported by BBCs’ Radio 1, she hasn’t been hired by Dim Mak and EMI to produce and remix some of their tunes and hasn’t had her tunes remixed by the likes of Cyberpunkers and Fukkk Offf . Her sets can’t be that filthy anyway, she probably doesn’t spin any Gooseflesh tunes in fear of dying from a heart attack. What can I say not everyone can handle hotness.

Mi Amor (Gooseflesh Remix) - Pro7
Amame mi amor

Wet (Fukkk Offf Remix) - Gooseflesh
Wet is an understatement this tune had me dehydrated.

Love Me Hate Kiss Me Kill Me ( Gooseflesh Remix) - Fukkk Offf
"If you're talking behind my back that's a good position to kiss my ass"

Dodgems (Cyberpunkers Remix) - Gooseflesh
If you read my Cyberpunkers articles, you shouldn't even be wondering if whether to download this or not!

House Batch #2

More awesome House jams for y'all to vibe with:

-M

One 2.3 Four (Auditiv Remix) - Martin Solveig
Wow. This track just blows me away. Big Deadmau5 influence in the verse, you'll hear it. Electro House BOMB with Progressive elements.

Gypsy Woman (Sandro Monte 2009 Bootleg) - Mike Polo
HUGE Track, will get everyone jumping on the drop. Very Techy. And I'm pretty sure everyone will recognize the track.

Like It - Poka
Filter Disco House. What a great sample, really great jam.

Break Up To Make Up (Alvaro Remix) - Jeremih
Progressive remix of Pop Hip-hop. Sounds strange, but this would kill at a rave for sure.

The Milky Way (Original Mix) - Inpetto
Great Prog/Tech track. Really awesome. I'm really digging these types of tracks right now.

Right In The Night (Angger Dimas Remix) - Sgt Slick
Tech House, definitely reminds me somewhat of David Tort. If you're unfamiliar with him, check our post HERE.

Still Wild (Gooseflesh Remix) - Gooseflesh
Starts out with heavy Electro, then just drops into such a funky House groove, kinda along the lines of Fake Blood's new EP.

Summer Madness - Starks & Nacey
Really original take on a classic track. Got elements of Disco/Deep/Bmore.

Pianobytes - The Requesters
Very classic house sounding, complete with piano stabs and a repetitive vocal loop. Very nice.

Unleashed (Original Mix) - Prok & Fitch
Interesting track, mix between Electro and Tech.

Electro Batch #2

Now I'm gonna go around and do a second batch for a few of the genres, starting with Electro. Whoo Pee!

-M

Eye of The Tiger (Hot Noizes Bootleg) - Survivor
Got this from Too Many Sebastians a while ago, and he really described it best: "didn't expect much when this was put my way. But it turns out it's really quite good and ends up going in a direction you just didn't expect. You should give it a listen!"

Stayin' Alive (Teddybears Remix) - Bee Gees
This remake is awesome, sounds kinda like Justice, although the drums aren't as complex.

Still Wild - Gooseflesh
This track ventures between the calmer/funkier Electro and banger, and does it really well. Amazing track.

Darkness (Owl Vision Remix) - Owl Vision
Pure banger, kinda along the lines of Les Petits Pilous.

Maximum Bass (Original Mix) - Randy Santino, DJ Rockid, MC Goodgrip
Maybe this counts as Fidget House, not sure, but whatever. It does have a pretty massive bass, the title is not lying.

Heads Will Roll (Passion Pit Remix) - Yeah Yeah Yeahs
I NEVER expected anything like this to come from Passion Pit. Dancey Electro, not super happy synth pop.

Nitefist - Richie Beretta
Big Electro banger with epic chords, pretty run of the mill.

BONUS:
Sick Muse (Adam Freeland Remix) - Metric
They were giving this track away for free to all member of hypem, and I really like it. Really pretty and dancey Electro. A lot of people I know hate on Metric, but I really do like her voice.

BONUS BONUS: Flat Eric vs. Pharell

Make of this what you will
