It's surprisingly underwhelming in your headphones compared to the carnage it causes on a proper system.  This is one of those tracks that gets the crowd jumping.  Unfortunately, really the only keeper from the Tron remix album, which I was super excited to post until I listened to it.  Oh well.

MASSIVE Dubstep alert.  This would just destroy, I can see it.

Super extended Nu Disco groove remake.  It's super similar to the original, so you won't piss off a bunch of people.  Really just a great DJ tool.

Cut the mid range, drop the bass.  Electro House.  The vocal drop rules.

Hardwell

Hardwell is a young (I think 21/22) Tech House producer (with lots of Progessive influence) from the Netherlands. Not to be confused with 'Dutch House,' he's got a very different sound than the other Dutchmen, aka less Tribal/Hip-hop influence, more like a pure blend between Techno and Progressive House. However, he remixes a lot of the other Dutch guys, and to great effect. Fantastic Rave music, hits really Hardwell. And from that picture, he kind of looks like Laidback Luke, no?

You can really hear the Prog in this one. His high synth lines are just always so catchy and amazing.

Turn Up the Bass

What a disgusting and disturbing image.

Chuckie is someone who has risen extremely quickly in the house world. He's dutch, and it's very apparent when you listen to his stuff. At the same time he's very similar to Benny Benassi, but only in the sense that alot of the songs have the same sound (or a similar sound). It's pretty noticeable. While I admit he's definitely not anywhere near my favorite dutchmen, he definitely deserves an honorable mention. He made a huge hit with let the bass kick (I do love that song), and that alone makes him deserve this post.

Let the Bass Kick (Original Mix) by Chuckie, we all know and love it, his biggest song by far. The sample comes from a Carl Cox song (I can't remember which one), though Cox probably sampled that from somewhere too.

Aftershock (Can't fight the feeling) (Original Mix) by Chuckie, HELL YES! If you like Gartner, then you'll like this song. Sounds so similar, nothing more needs to be said.

Moombah (Original Mix) by Chuckie and Silvio Ecomo, his second biggest song (as far as my knowledge goes) but if you're going to play this song then go for this instead:

Moombah (Afrojack Remix) by Chuckie and Silvio Ecomo, it should be obvious why I would choose this. Turn up the bass.

Rides (Original Mix) by Chuckie, such a good song. Not like his other stuff but definitely worth getting.

Any Noise (Original Mix) by Chuckie, this is real techy, EXTREMELY different from his other stuff, but I really like the few times when he shows diversity.

Everytime We Touch ( Chuckie 2009 Remix) by David Guetta, the same sound again, but I really like what he's done with this song. Though Everytime we touch is an extremely catchy song, I'll admit to liking it. Great electro bass in this too.

Afroman vs. Afrojack

I do love that song Colt 45, but Afroman's got nothing on Afrojack. Our next feature is a minimal/tech house producer from Holland that's doing extremely well for himself right now, even landing himself a collaboration with Diplo on one of the tracks for the new Major Lazer album, as well as remixing the likes of Laidback Luke, Steve Angello, and Spencer & Hill. He makes the kind of house music that pleases both the dance and hip-hop crowd, similar to Sidney Samson and Chuckie. Really ravey stuff. This is a MUST HAVE for people who like to make acapella mashups, but still highly recommened for the house heads. Favorites up top with collection at bottom:

This track has the Afrojack sound, which he uses in a lot of his tracks. It's an awesome sound, I must say.

More of the Afrojack sound, this is one of the most original remixes of this ever so popular song (second only to that crazy remix by Style Of Eye). Would kill live for sure.

Pod De Floor' feat. VYBZ Kartel - Major Lazer
This is the same track as How I Like It - Diplo & Afrojack with different vocals. Personally, I think it was better with the original vocals, but I can only find a rip of it, whereas this Major Lazer track is a legit track.

Holy Fuck It's Chuckie!

Chuckie is a horrible name for a DJ in my opinion, as it only conjurs up images of a murderous doll or a Rugrat, both of which don't make me feel like dancing or whatever, but you should definitely check out these ravey/tribal tracks. Don't know much about this Chuckie except that he's from the Netherlands, but the tracks along with the remixers show that this guy's got some serious cred.

Let The Bass Kick - Chuckie
Minimal and ravey. It's one of those house tracks with a really subby bass and a super high pitched hook. Actually, most of the songs in the post are that way.

The most electro of this bunch. Joachim Garraud reminds us that France still makes music.

Unfortunately only version I could find of the original, but gives you perspective to see where these awesome remixes came from.

I'm a big fan of Sidney Samson and his few tracks, this one fits right in with the others. HUGE bass. Swehouse definitely describes it best: "You've gotta have a good soundsystem to really hear what it sounds like, it's huge! MOOOOMBAH!"

Very minimal, would fit in with a Dubfire-esque set.

Afrojack back again with his heavy, drum/percussion-focused style.

And I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that I'm gonna call the sample used. Not hard to hear it, really, or at ALL, you'll catch it immediately. It might just be the same synth, but they're way too similar I feel. Check out this track from 2001(?), one of the songs that got me into electronic music originally in the summer of 2007.
