House Batch #5

Ok, so now I'm actually back. Christmas and a pretty nasty stomach flu got in the way for a bit there, but my head can actually take pounding four to the floor beats again without vomiting (unless of course it's one of those "OH MY GOD THAT DROP" vomits). Let's celebrate with a House batch:

-M

Love Can't Get U Wrong feat. Angie (Dim Chris Terrassa Mix) - Dim Chris
(Golden Banana)
*Vomit* I'm bat shit obsessed with this track. One of the best progressive tracks ever made.

These Shoulders (Paul Wicked Remix) - Signalrunners Featuring Julie Thompson
I've definitely posted this sucker before, really hard hitting progressive track, though it's only prog in the buildups and in that sot of sinister way.

Chase The Mouse (Original Mix) - Joris Voorn
Really cool House track from Joris Voorn. LOOK OUT FOR HIM, HE WILL BE HUGE.

What U Think (Original Mix) - Dirtyloud
Great Electro House track, sounds a lot like Felguk which makes sense since Dirtyloud is also from Brazil. +10 Bastille Love and Admiration Points to whomever names another song in which this vocal sample is used.

Wavestate - DJ Agent 86
For the Disco House fans, this one's absolutely incredible. A lil bit of Electro in there for you as well.

Listen To The Voice Inside (Laurent Wolf Remix) - Yves Larock & Steve Edwards
Big big big room Electrogressive (it will catch on dammit!) track.

7 Days And One Week (Armin Prayd Remix) - B.B.E.
More standard style prog track, massive and beautiful. Could do extremely well at a rave.

Energy (Voltron Edit) - Devone
Mmm, classic House. Nobody could really get away with playing this though anymore.

Talking Back (Original Mix) - Werner Niedermeier
I guess you could call this Deep House, but it's on the weird rather than smooth side.

Why We Run (Original Mix) - Ben Preston Feat. Susie
Progilicious

Wip Electric (Hot City Remix) - The Funktuary
Strange House track, grabbed me for some reason.

Early Decision Xtreme (EDX)

So, it's been way too long since I posted, but last night I decided I really needed to, so I uploaded all the music, unfortunately however that's quite a task at this school and the estimated time was 3 hours, so I went to bed. After being woken up at 8 by a fire drill, and having to get up at 9 30 for class, I decided to be a sport and actually finish the post now that all the shit's been uploaded.

That up there is an EDX Spectrum, but I'm talking about the artist EDX. I was looking for his bio around the internet, but you know shit happens, and I didn't find it. What I do know is that I basically like every single one of what Danl would call these trance tracks. Has a very Deadmau5 sound to him as well, but more on the progressive side of the mau5. But this is prog house with those tech rolls. Unfortunately there are a lot more EDX tracks out there that I will get at some point but havn't gotten yet, so expect a part 2 at some point. All in 320 though.

Love,
J

Radioman (EDX's 5un5hine remix) by Afrojack
, really enjoy this one, especially when the Benny Benassi sounding synth comes in for a little bit to add some flavor. Really impressive drop for what it is too.

Hip (Original Mix) by Daniel Portman & EDX, so cool. so hip?

Roadkill (EDX's Acapulco at Night Remix) by Dubfire, yay Dubfire. EDX remixing the master of tech, it's great.

in too deep (EDX Pinkstar Remix) by Robbie Rivera I like the vocals on this track, and I might like this remix better then the original.

Arguru (EDX's 5un5hine remix) by Deadmau5
, not my favorite of EDX's but I'll take it, still enjoyable.

Times Like These (EDX Rerub) by Albin Myers, I might like this better then the original, but I never really liked the idea of the original foo fighters song being turned into a house anthem.

Say Yeah (EDX's Ibiza sunrise Remix) by Yves Larock

Shy Shy (Club Mix) by EDX

Shy Shy (Extended Vocal Mix) by EDX, I don't like the vocals... Kinda reminds me of Funkerman vocals

Rubin (Main Mix) by EDX

Casa Grande (Original Mix) by EDX, This should not be so low down, it's pretty cool.

Premiumline (Original Mix) by EDX

M's additions:

Behind (EDX Remix) - ATB Pres. Flanders

The Take (EDX's Acapulco At Night Remix) - Paul Harris & Obernik

D.O.N.S. Part 2, I love Progressive!

Another part 2 in the same day...Gee Whiz. I'm back with that champ D.O.N.S., who we posted about here, and DBN's on a lot of these back him up (will do a post on him at some later point). This is electro house but not to the same extent that Miles Dyson is. It's very calm and I feel in some ways progressive. I would have hated this guy a few months ago when all I really listned to was electro bangers. I would have said in confidence, if he only put an electro sound under some of those lines, we would get a masterpiece. Oh well, Enjoy.

Taking Control of You (D.O.N.S. Remix) by Greg Cerrone Favorite Favorite Favorite. Such a catchy line. I have been seeing Greg Cerrone a lot so I'm going to go look for him today. Cool voice too, both the vocoder and the actual one. It's taking control of me.

R U Sleeping (D.O.N.S. Remix) by Indo My Favorite of this batch by far. So fucking cool. Those crazy progressive buildup with a heavy ass bass dropped into.

Blink (D.O.N.S. & DBN Chainsaw Remix) by John Dahlback Very ravey and well produced, so cool.

Bouncing in Draut (D.O.N.S. & DBN Remix) by Feel Good Productions, Fish & Chips Really cool guitar line, not my favorite of this batch, but definitely up there.

Can You (Take Me Away) (D.O.N.S. & DBN Remix) by Damian Wilson This is a song where you really gotta wait for the big buildup. The beginning is good but the buildup and the drop are the best part, though the drop isn't an explosion that's fine though. Love Organ House, this is similar in a way to Show Me Love (aside from having the organ).

Feel The Love (D.O.N.S. vs DBN Mix) by Klaas Very calm. Nothing too special. Good but I'll forget this soon.

Get Up (D.O.N.S. Remix) by Niki Belucci Feat. Charles Salter The first buildup to this song just makes me so happy, Axwell like. It doesn't drop into something Axwellish but it's still cool, especially after the second buildup.

Happy Today (D.O.N.S. & DBN Remix) by Seany B I just like that sound being used.

Invincible (D.O.N.S. Remix) by Greg Cerrone Feat Claudia Kennaugh Great.

Listen To the Voice Inside (D.O.N.S. Remix) by Yves Larock And Steve Edwards Good but nothing too special. But it still catches me getting into it.

No Love Lost (D.O.N.S. Remix) by Skye 'N' Sugarstarr
Publish Post

Rap Das Armas (D.O.N.S. Remix) by Cidinho & Doca Gotta Love Organ House, though this organ sounds a little different.

You (D.O.N.S. Remix) by Inaya Day Great, what more could be asked for?

Expect a John Dahlback Post before the end of the day, just to continue with the electro house/ progressive.
