Multiple Assorted Jam Hot Tracks!

yea yea, this is Jumpman, dropping by from LA with some funky beats,

first up is a UK Funky track by Redlight, which is no doubt a good vocal track, love Roses Gabor, but im considering that it might hit harder as an instrumental i'll let you decide, one of the most ravey in yo face Funky songs i've heard, good show.

Redlight - Stupid (feat. Roses Gabor)

Redlight - Stupid (instrumental)

Next is Redlight's epic Dubstep anthem with UK Garage classic Ms. Dynamite toasting hardcore over his MDMA instrumental, gourgeous and hardhitting, can't ask for more than that in a tune,

Redlight - What You Talking About!? (feat. Ms. Dynamite) ]) Golden Banana

Redlight - MDMA

Speaking of Dubstep anthems, here's Benga's latest pretty electroportamento tinged tune which made the rounds this summer with vocals by katy b, epic, great sound. im also giving you Katy's also good Funky song with zinc, if you don't know zinc, it's Electro/Bassline House done by a veteran DnB artist, both of these are very focused on the vocal element, which is good cause Katy B does an amazing job each and every,

Benga - On A Mission (feat. Katy B) ]) Silver Banana

Zinc - Louder (feat. Katy B)

This one's really Pop-py, well so are the last two, but so infectious even your folks would start dancing, melodic grime, with trance/prog inspired chords and sweeps, pure class, champagne all around!

Skepta - Bad Boy

Oh snap, this one's personal, dark subs, classic long, extended, dubbed out chords, eno-esque melancholy, hardcore stuff, grime grime grime, zone out to the kick of the drum

Starkey - Numb (feat. P-Money)

Wow, been lovin this Hudmo remix of Grime champion Wiley for a minute now, cats better get on this, oldschool rave chords give way to amazing funky, tribal drums, featuring some beautiful UK Garage style pitch shifted cut up diva vocals,

Wiley - Electric boogaloo (Find A Way)[Hudson Mohawke Re-Fix]

BONUS:

one of my favorite tunes this year, carnival ready, wish it had gotten a proper release, but then again Funkystepz never really releases 90% of their material much to my chagrin, loads of tropically soaked percussion, breathy bass, polyphonic fun

Rihanna - Rude Boy (Funkystepz UK Funky Mix)

Whole Post in a Zip

Cheers and as always enjoy! (ALL OFFENDING MATERIAL REMOVED BY REQUEST, SUPPORT ART!)

The Boxer Rebellion

Daedelus' latest album came out pretty much exactly a month ago now on Brainfeeder, artfully crafted as always, but doesn't really hold up to his last couple albums, don't get me wrong, but theres nothing very hard hitting about the album, got some amazingly trippy, dreamy, ethereal must-have tracks, but it lacks the energy of his last album, in fact it never really brings the energy up at any point, that said its full of Daedelus' trademark celestial guitar pluckings and ghostly whispers, beautiful record for what it is, 'An Armada Approaches', 'Order of the Golden Dawn', and 'Fin De Siecle' are the really stand out tracks. Anyways it's only seven songs, and you can pretty much count on anything from Daedelus being awesome, so grab and enjoy this one ( great album cover too, no?)>

Daedelus - Righteous Fists Of Harmony

Bonus Track:

Dan Deacon- Woof Woof (Hudson Mohawke Remix) ([ Golden Banana

Butter

It's happened, Psychedelic Future-Pop R&B/Funk, like Outkast's DMT trip after Merlin sends them back in time to Japan in the 1980's , Hudson Mohawke's sound has come a long way in his new album 'Butter', and may surprise a few used to his older work, but you can still see where this sound came from even back during his Heralds of Change days with Mike Slott(think Bopgunn) but this time around it's much brighter and playful. Perhaps one of the strangest albums of 2009, but it has grown to be a favorite of mine, a great step for RnB and the psychedelic scene. Album features Olivier Daysoul and Dam-Funk(LA!) among others. Check it out, if you dont like it the first time through, give it some time. Some breakthrough shit goin' on here, enjoy! >>>

Hudson Mohawke

In Case You Missed It, and because i have already made a post about the other half of Heralds of Change, Mike Slott, i shall post as such>>>>

Well, If you haven't heard him, Hudson Mohawke (the other  is a producer from Glasgow, Scotland, and is part of the 'LuckyMe collective'. Youngest DJ ever to win UK DMC Contest.  Signed to Warp Records a couple years back. Makes Glitchy Experimental Hip-hop in the same vain as flying lotus and such, yet still has a very original sound, you can definately see an EDM twist in it at times. Coming out with an LP later this year, has alot of cool mixes out on the internet, worth checking out.

Hudson Mohawke - Zoo0000oom

Hudson Mohawke - Polyfolk Dance - EP/Ooops - EP/ 7x7 Beat Series, Number 6

all in one rapidshare link

all of them are good, polyfolk dance is his newest, probably best overall, ooops is has a really cool RnB electro vibe, and the 7x7 ep is more ambient.

Mmm...Collaboration

Hudson Mohawke and Mike Slott have a collaboration called Heralds of Change, if you have heard either's work, you can be sure the production is top-notch, if you don't know of them you'll soon find out more in some subsequent posts, but awesome glitchy experimental hip-hop, enjoy!
