London's Leon Smart, better known as 'Scratcha' DVA (sometimes known as Soule:Power), is definitely up there for the title king of funky, and is one of my favorite dj/producers out there at the moment. A longtime grime producer, and Rinse.fm resident dj, showcasing the best new UK Garage, Grime, Funky, & Dubstep every morning 5 days a week, has been tearing up 2010 with his own Funky productions, which he's been releasing through his own label along with tracks by some fellow Funky artists.
