Feed Me's Big Adventure by Feed Me
Velour is the Funky collaboration between two established house and dubstep producers, who as far as i know have chosen to remain mysterious/anonymous. The EP, entitled The Velvet Collection includes four variations of a single theme, it is meant as an homage to the roland synthesizers of the 1980's. They're behind one of the track's of the year i like to think with Booty Slammer, overall very funk infused sexual emotive joints, hope you enjoy it.
Nightslugs is definitely my fav label of the year, and they've been hiding away some gems from this amazing UK producer for quite some time but now theyre finally finding theyre way out, especially thanks to his latest release on the label, entitled magic drops, and boy does the title track deliver just that, this guy has such clarity in his production technique, he has a dynamic range from spectral disco beats to hardcore subby 2step funky jams. Keep looking out for this guy, big things.

Feadz' last EP felt a little all over the place, as feadz seemingly looked to diversify his sound as the distorted french invasion daftpunkspawned electro-house style which was all the rage began to phase out with the end decade. Essentially an album length wise, T.U.F.F. EP is a real return to form, every track killer and refreshing electro-house, with some awesome features from Boys Noize & L-Vis 1990, over all it flows really well. Cop this,, enjoy!
